One-on-one therapy provides tailored support, helping individuals explore challenges, build self-awareness, and strengthen capacity to engage in meaningful activities. Thereby supporting individuals to thrive.
We collaborate with participants, their carers and support networks to foster understanding and access to relevant accommodations.
Our approach focuses on supporting individuals and families with:
Developing self-awareness around strengths, challenges, and needs
Experiential and explicit learning about co-regulation
Understanding nervous system states
Noticing personal needs while considering the environment and needs of others
Identifying adjustments and accommodations to enhance participation
Building self-advocacy skills
Reflecting on progress and refining strategies
Crucially, we ensure individuals have access to appropriate supports to navigate this process, given we need to understand and meet everyone at their developmental level.
