Learn about our services

  • One-on-one therapy provides tailored support in a safe and controlled environment, helping individuals address challenges, build self-awareness, and strengthen capacity to engage in meaningful activities.  Thereby supporting individuals to thrive.

We collaborate with participants, their carers, and support networks to foster understanding and provide access to relevant accommodations.

Our approach focuses on supporting individuals and families with:

    • Developing self-awareness, including strengths, challenges, and needs

    • Experiential and explicit learning about co-regulation

    • Understanding nervous system states

    • Noticing personal needs while considering the environment and needs of others

    • Identifying adjustments and accommodations to enhance participation

    • Building self-advocacy skills

    • Reflecting on progress and refining strategies

Crucially, we ensure individuals have access to appropriate supports to navigate this process, given we need to understand and meet everyone at their appropriate developmental level.  Some will have considerable capacity to participate in this process with limited support, others will require considerable support.

Individual sessions can be facilitated by our Occupational Therapist, or planned and supervised by our Occupational Therapist and delivered by our Allied Health Assistant.

  • Peer-based sessions provide a supported space for shared learning, collaboration, and social connection. By engaging with peers who share similar interests, participants strengthen their individual abilities, build confidence, and foster a sense of belonging, reducing feelings of isolation. These sessions promote self-awareness and meaningful interaction in a highly supportive environment.

  • Our after-school groups provide a supportive space for young people to engage in leisure activities and connect with peers, especially when mainstream options feel inaccessible. These sessions foster skill development and joy, with activities tailored to participants' interests, such as:

    • Art (ceramics, painting, craft)

    • Movement (obstacle courses, ball games)

    • Cooking (snacks, baking, meal prep)

    • Nature (exploration, creative projects)

    • Board games

With access to necessary supports, participants practice social engagement in a collaborative environment. Rather than promoting compliance, we focus on inclusion, problem-solving, and embracing differences—ensuring developmentally appropriate learning, self-awareness, and meaningful peer connections.

After school sessions are planned and supervised by our Occupational Therapist and delivered by our Allied Health Assistant and Support Worker.
