Our Team

Suzanne Pollack

Suzanne Pollack

Occupational Therapist

  • Suzanne has worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years. In 2017 Suzanne started Yass Valley Occupational Therapy, serving children and families in the Yass area.

Suzanne is passionate about lifelong learning and bringing quality therapy services to rural areas.  Suzanne has always loved movement, with many years enjoying dance, Yoga and connecting with nature through travel, bushwalking, camping and swimming.

In 2024 Suzanne became a qualified Yoga Teacher.  This has been an exciting adventure combining Occupational Therapy theories practice and science with the philosophies and practice of Yoga.

Suzanne escapes to the ocean whenever she can and loves to create.

Lillie Faulder

Allied Health Assistant

  • Lillie is our cheerful and bubbly allied health assistant. She loves being creative and finding the fun in everything she does. Having grown up in a close-knit farming family, she values connection and community, and is passionate about helping people to find and embrace their individuality.

Away from work, you can find Lillie pitching in with farm work such as mustering stock on her family's farm, working down at the local bakery or spending time with her kelpie, Edie.

Jan Lobsey

Support Worker

  • Jan has worked in disability support for 35 years, including roles in community, employment, education, and aged care. Completing her Certificate 4 allowed her to continue working in the field she loves.

Jan loves gardening and getting creative and crafty, and can turn her hand to just about anything from ceramics to macrame to tie dye to lamp shades. She can often be found searching op shops for second hand items to upcycle, or enjoying a pot of chai at one of the local cafes.

Elizabeth Phillips

Elizabeth Phillips

Admin Assistant

  • Liz brings two decades of admin experience to the Yass Valley OT team, and is responsible for keeping all of our behind-the-scenes work running smoothly.

Outside of work, Liz is a mum of two teenagers and two cats. She loves to crochet, hike, and bake (but not all at the same time!) and you may see her at our local parkrun on a Saturday morning. Easily distracted by fur-babies, cake, and sci fi/horror books and films.

If you have any questions about bookings, invoices, reports, or want to know where to find anything at Yass Valley OT, Liz is here to help!
